Dynamic 4GL and foreign characters

I have the following problem with Dynamic 4GL. Database is in 852 code page. Application written in 4GL recompiles ok, and everything runs fine except: There are no national characters in 852 code page on screen. It is not possible to enter national characaters in fields (not connected to SQL client will not accept it as I type). My questions are as follows: 1. Can you change characters set that D4GL client accepts as valid characters. 2.
