Questions about TEMPDBS and lock?

1:Sometimes the TEMPDBS is full and cause some functions such as "create index" fail ,but I do not create any table in TEMPDBS ? What is the problem? 2:How can I delete a row lock mannually? You can use th PSORT_DBTEMP to move sort-work files out of the tempdbspace and into filesystem space for short term needs like a big index build. Art S.
