NT, stored procedure SYSTEM call?

Has anyone had any luck using SYSTEM to execute an operating system command or program from a stored procedure on NT? I've tried, with 7.31, but keep getting "can not find file" errors even when the whole path to the exe file is given. The informix user also has all the necessary permissions. Thanks for any answers. Did you try system 'cmd.exe /c ...'; Did you read release notes?
