Keith, Why don't you just put the "grant" "revoke" or whatever statements into an ascii files and execute them from the unix level. For example, create a file with each line being a separate "grant" or whatever statement. 1. grant update on "owner".table1 to "fred" as "owner"; 2. grant select on "owner".table2 to "joan" as "owner"; "owner" of couse being the owner of the table. Call the file "something".sql , like maybe "setaccess.sql" and then run it from the command line... "isql database_name setaccess" By using "vi" or some editor at the command line it is very easy to make global changes quite easily. I hope this helps and is not something that you are already doing. (don't you hate it when that happens?)
