Hello !
I got error message
err = -952: oserr = 0: errstr = : User's password is not correct for
the database server
each time I try to connect to server by using "dbaccess"
Connection/Connect and each time when I try to
connect to database remotely through JDBC Driver (2.11)( URL is correct
- I'm sure about it )
Other activities from "dbaccess" like creating /droping databases/tables
works fine !
Mayb somebody know how can I solve this problem?
Regards

Is your server running on Linux? There is a problem connecting using a
CONNECT TO statement that includes username and password if the server
is using shadow passwords, MD5, or PAM. Revert to using /etc/passwd for
now a fix is in the works.

It is a problem with that version of Informix on Linux. The get around for
the time is to disable password shadowing ( /usr/sbin/pwunconv ). It will
apparently be fix in a later release.
