enterprise replication using --repair --since=14d

IBM Informix Dynamic Server Version 11.50.FC6 HP-UX wuasp132 B.11.23 U 9000/800 3157026525 unlimited-user license Informix Dynamic Server Version 11.50.FC9 Linux wldbp654 2.6.32-358.6.2.el6.x86_64 #1 SMP Tue May 14 15:48:21 EDT 2013 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux the problem I have imported a datbase from unix system to linux system. we have enterprise replication set up. I attempt to sync the linux system with the Unix system using cdr check replicate --master ec_mp_live_wlg --repl= mp_live2_ec_certificate ec_mp_live_wlg_l --repair --since=14d IT appears all rows are being updated instead of what has been changed in last 14 days I know all the rows have not been changed in last 14 days summary below implies all rows have been changed in the table May 31 2013 12:10:16 ------ Table scan for mp_live2_ec_certificate start -------- Node Rows Extra Missing Mismatch Processed ---------------- --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- ec_mp_live_wlg 363536 0 0 0 362834 ec_mp_live_wlg_l 362298 0 1238 361596 0 ec_mp_live_wlg is the unix system ec_mp_live_wlg_l is the linux since whole tables looks to be changing i am getting long transactions. I this a supported method of syncing a database after an import ? anyone esle tride what i am doing ? how can i prevent long tranasctions with out adding gigs of log space ?
Does the table have crcols? yes all the tables have crcols
Hi. You could use Server Studio to look up for differences between both tables . Server Studio gives you the script to sync both tables which can execute from Server studio or manually.
