When a -581 is received when executing a SET EXPLAIN ON it usually points
to a problem with the order of installation of products. Check on the
order that the products were installed. It is also possible that you may
have received a new tool and installed it without installing a new engine.
The message files of the new tool overwrote the old message files the engine
uses.
I suggest reinstalling the products in the following order:
Tools
Engines
Network
This should end the problem with the -581.
