Can you provide the schema of the table in question? The bug would be
in SQLCMD, or in ESQL/C on which it relies. Which version of SQLCMD
are you using? (Chances are you're using SQLCMD v86.00 since that's
the current version at the IIUG, but it is as well to be sure.)
I'll need to look at the comma vs dot issue - that I regard as
(relatively) minor. The truncation is a much more serious issue; it
should not be doing that.
