My Informix 10.0 IDS is loaded on Suse Linux 9.0. Till yesterday it was
working satisfactorily. It was given a proper shutdown by onmode -ky as usual
& Shutdown -g0 -y to linux system. Today when I rebooted the Linux Server it
started. But on giving command oninit -v it displays the following
eadmin:~ # oninit -v

Kumar,
Sorry to hear about that.
Not sure if you are still down, but try with the af.file which is created. You
will get some clue, else email the file and I can take a look at it.

Hi,
Please post the last couple of lines of online.log and the head of the
af file. Maybe this gives a clue.
Looks like most of the startup is correct. The system crashes right
before going online.
