Some alternatives you may be interested in are as follows: IBM's TopPage (currently Beta using WINE) Quanta+ Bluefish Webmaker CoffeeCup There are a large number of alternatives. A quick look at http://www.freshmeat.net will turn up a great deal more then those listed above. I use mostly bluefish and some webmaker but I have been getting tempted to try Quanta+.
