It would help to include the contents of /tmp/af.2b4de59, if it is not the same as the above error text. Also, you can try running tbstat's against the shared memory dump shmem.2b4de59.0 and see if you find anything interesting. What is this rsdebug.c , and who coded line 3557? rsdebug.c is a routine which was written specifically to handle aborts, so I'm afraid looking at rsdebug.c will do exactly nothing to solve the problem.
