Hello netland, We have a problem here that has all of stumped. We're currently running I-Star 4.1 with On-Line 4.1 on a Sequent Box running the Sequent PTX 2.0.3 operating System. We're are using TCP/IP over ethernet. The I-Star daemon at the server side starts out fine and runs a while but then dies. This has been going on for a while. There have not been any changes to the hardware or operating system. Upon the restart attempt we see the error message Error number: 25528 SQLEXEC DAEMON Cannot accept connection. Also Error number:25519 ... can not open network interface device has occurred at times. We cannot get I-Star up again and must shutdown the system in order to continue. We cannot figure this one out and our regular Informix Engineer has been swamped with other issues so he has not had the time to help us out with this one.
