Are onload and onunload large file aware at all?
I need to onload to a TAPE device (actually a file) larger than 2Gb!

Depends on version. In 9.4x and later, yes, in all other releases, no.

Hi
When you onunload table (not 'file') you can mentionate the tape size,
block size, etc.... in KB. And, if you wanna write it in the tape unit
of other server, see:
e.g.
onunload -t [<hostname>:]/dev/rmt0 -s 8000000 -b 1024
<database>:<table>
I have never heared that the size is limited of 2 GB.
I hope it helps you.
Best regards. R. Ferronato
