Known bugs for IDS 7.31 FD5

If you now work with 7.31.FD1 you'll miss a lot of ugly BUGs in 7.31.FD5. I think this Version is quite stable. We moved a lot of servers from former 7.31.U/FDx to D5 and solved many known BUGs. Do NOT use 7.31.UD4 which has the same performance BUG as Version 9.30.UC2.
