If that is the case, what is your backup/restore procedures? What is the timing with respect to backup/restore? What type of hardware are you using for backup? The reason why I am asking is that we have something similar where it would take us 9 hours for backup and 18 hours for restore. We are using HP DAT drives in compress mode (model?).
