HELP

Please let me have the E-Mail address of Main office of Informix and their help desk, Marketing office. We in India have problem with the local agent who pleads helplessness in absence of the support from Informix office in India. To list some of the problems: 1. We have not got the licenses for the products we have paid for. We have been waiting for a month. 2. Online 7.12 used to crash each time a numeric value was compared with a converted characted value if this was NULL. Apparantly this is a "known bug". Version 7.13 is supposed to solve this. 3. Matching of version on U6000 and DEC alpha. 4. While executing 4GL forms code error comes: -1339 Global variable name not found in the descriptor table 5. Every time we report a problem we are told that it is a known bug. We are not given a comprehensive bug list. I wonder how many other users in countries outside USA have faced such problems.
