ODBC

We're having problems connecting to the stores7 test database on a Linux server from NT clients using both the Ilogin utility and through ODBC drivers (both Informix version 2.8 and Intersolv/Informix 3.01). The ODBC error we are getting is -25596 (The INFORMIXSERVER value is not listed in the sqlhosts file or the Registry). We have done the following: 1. The service name in the /etc/services (both on the NT and on Linux). 2. $INFORMIXDIR/etc/sqlhosts does exist on Linux and it contains the server information according to the directions. 3. INFORMIXSERVER environment variable is set to the servername (same as in sqlhosts file) on Linux. We are able to connect to test db from dbaccess on the server... Does anybody know how to set up the ODBC connections on NT clients to connect to the Informix-SE on Linux? The documentation on Informix website does not even mention the services file on the NT. Are we missing anything in our configuration? Any ideas? Thanks!
