Informix SE Upgrade 7.20UD - 7.20UE

We have upgraded our informix 4gl tools from 7.20UD2 to 7.20UE1 and our standard engine from 7.24UC5 to 7.24UC8A. We are now experiencing locking problems with the new engine i.e. after updating a row using a form you would expect the lock to be released however this is not the case. Select statement in other programs are telling us this row is still locked. We have recompiled our 4gl programs. Has anyone seen this problem before, or have any ideas what could be causing this. On DG/UX 4.11 MU05, with 4gl 7.20UE1 and SE 7.24UC8 (what is UC8A?) we are having similar locking problems. Did you get any answers from Informix or anyone else? Do you have a bug number? Anyone else seeing this?
