Technically, yes, but there are several additional cases where thing slip
by in compiling but bomb on execution. A real bummer I've hated was how
you can't drop and create a table in the same executable (.4go/i or .4ge).
You'd think the program would know about that, too.
We could start a thread of things the compiler should throw out but doesn't
until the program bombs.
