Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.

I think you can install 7.30.Uxx on HP-UX 11.00 (64bit) - we run
IDS 7.30.UC3 on HP-UX UC3 on HP-UX 11.11 (64bit). Obviously
IDS runs as 32bit (we didn't install it on that HP-UX version but
the HP-UX got upgraded).
I'm not sure if you can upgrade from 7.30.Uxx to 7.31.F.. directly -
should be explained in the migration guide.
=
You can't run an IDS 7.xx.Uxx (32bit) and IDS.7.xx.Fxx (64bit)
version on the same box in parallel - even with different
INFORMIXDIRs (due to different shared libraries - links in /usr/lib ).
=
As long as your single tables are smaller than 2 GB dbexport/
dbimport shouldn't be any problem and you don't have to
bother with IDS versions.
