oat supported by IBM

hello folks Does anyway know if OATs is supported by IBM that is if I log a PMR will it be looked at ? I tried oats 8 that fails posted a message under OATs forum but no one responded

Hi Karl, OAT is not an officially supported product. Support happens through the IIUG OAT forum. We have seen the issue that you reported there. We have opened a product defect and are investigating the issue. We'll get back to you as we have more information.
