Just out of curiosity, knock out all your 'create index' statements and any
indexes implicitly built via unique or primary constraints. It'd be
interesting to see if the data load causes the problem, or something to do with the indexing. If the data load works, try again with constraints back in.
You can always do the 'create indexes' at a later date.
