Release notes, new and changed, fix list

I just downloaded 12.10.FC11, and the release notes contains a link to a list of defect fixes, as well as a link to a document listing whats new and changed in this release. However, none of these documents contain any information regarding FC11. The latest version there is FC10. I'm waiting for some bug fixes, and this is a bit frustrating. Do anyone here have more information regarding FC11?
