I have an aplications with java, we created stored procedures with datetime in parameters and I receive the message: {CALL SP_SCA_CG_OOS_Log(NULL ,'SCA' ,NULL ,NULL , '2001-01-05 00:00:00' ,'2001-01-05 23:59:59')}; [05/jan/2001 14:56:13:6] error: ODBC-001: INFORMIX_CLI-001: ODBC error of unknown origin Is there anyone to help me?
What is the type of datetime you are using ?? Year to second, year to fraction.... Is the parameter in the correct format ?? "2000-01-05 20:00:00.00000" for example year to fraction(5) Does the stored procedure works without the datetime parameters, I mean, if you use date instead datetime ???? I had some problems with datetime with Centura applications accessing data using ODBC, it did not work and the error message was similar to this one. -- Paulo Roberto Marelli de Amorim TS&0 Consulting Brasil In article <935170$75s$1@news.xmission.com>, TSO - INFORMIX <amacedo@zogbi-promovel.com.br> wrote: > > > I have an aplications with java, we created stored procedures with datetime > in parameters and I receive the message: > > {CALL SP_SCA_CG_OOS_Log(NULL ,'SCA' ,NULL ,NULL , > '2001-01-05 00:00:00' ,'2001-01-05 23:59:59')}; > [05/jan/2001 14:56:13:6] error: ODBC-001: INFORMIX_CLI-001: ODBC error of > unknown origin > > Is there anyone to help me? > > Sent via Deja.com http://www.deja.com/
