Re: Which software do I need ?

Dirk You could use plain old CGI with your ESQL/C programs on the backend. The input forms would have to be redone in HTML, and you would need a wrapper to pass in the contents of STDIN via a POST operation. Advantage of this solution is zero software cost - Apache is free. Some amount of coding effort (and cost) is involved. If you want to get fancier, you could recode the ESQL/C backend as Java servlets, and have Java applets or HTML on the frontend. I am not familiar with i.reach so I cant comment on that. Hello, we are planing to transform our PPS-system (ESQLC and Informix SE) to a Web-based Intranet software. What software do we need to create it ? Perhaps Foundation.2000 and i.Reach ? Are there any other software packages we need ? TIA Dirk
