Howdy, What should my SHMMAX be for OWS under SCO? My current production system is set at 671088640 which has 512MB of memory. My new server has 1GB of memory so should I up it? I believe it should be set to 75% of physical memory as a starting point, so with a 1K page size it should be set to about 768000. As far as what you had it set to before, it just doesn't seem right. I would think you'd be starting up using swap and killing performance. -- # unrm / ksh: unrm: not found # man cpio Sent via Deja.com http://www.deja.com/ Before you buy.
