If it's 4GL, then it is quite simple. 1) In your page header, set a variable as follows: let trailer_text = "Continued on page ", PAGENO+1 USING "<<<<<<" 2) In your page trailer, print the trailer_text variable 3) In your on last row, reset the trailer_text variable: let trailer_text = "" or let trailer_text = "End of report" You must print the variable again even though it gives you a blank line, because every page trailer must have the same number of lines printed.
