Here is the problem add up the start and length (158601+290858=449459)
which does not equal the start of the next free block. An old 7.10 bug
has lost a chunk of disk of length (491020-449459=41561) and 41561 plus
the 103 pages actually used == 41664. Tech support can patch this up
for you. Alternative is complex, build another instance with an empty
chunk3 the same size, bring this engine down, copy the chunk3 from the
dummy instance to this chunk3, bring the engine back up and drop the
dbspace. This is dangerous also so just call support.
