DBAccess Screen Refresh (NOT)

On an NT Server with a UNIX Shell (Korn) when using dbaccess the
screens do not refresh and subsequently it becomes hard to read
the screen when new results display on top of previous results.
I'm telneting to the server. I've used telnet, Anziolite and
Reflections. I suspect it's a TERM issue but I'm not that
familiar with Informix and it only seems to happen in dbaccess -
any thoughts, suggestions or just a general slam for my lack of
knowledge?
Thanks!

I have had a similar problem using dbaccess on NT from the "dos" shell. It
happened when I tried to change the size of the window. Any deviation from
80 wide X 25 high would leave fragments on the display and generally not
refresh portions of the screen. You may want to check your term and see if
it falls into these parameters.

you try typing
eval `resize`
after you resized the screen?
Also, the TERM environment variable for windows telnet should be the
same as what the terminal emulator is using. On windows, I think it's
usually vt100. To find out if it is, type 'echo $TERM'. If it doesn't
read vt100, type 'export TERM=vt100'. If that fixes your problem, edit
your .profile and either add that export line to the bottom or change
the existing TERM line to vt100. (I'm using vt100 as an example here.
You can use whatever term type you like, as long as both the OS and the
emulator agree... Well, not ANY term type...)

Before you buy.
You're the hero! That was it. I must have tried every TERM combination under the sun and all I had to do was change the screen size to 80 x 25 with any emulation and it now refreshes the screen.
