Please don't believe total bs when you here it.
Please tell them, in very polite language, that you need them to fix
this.
We do! (The version for OS5, SCO 3.2.4.2 is a dead product where we
don't expect anybody to do any maintenance. Even SCO is soon
abondoning it.)
Another thing is we have long since started using MS-Access/MS-Query
and similar tools for much of the work we previously did in dbaccess.
It still is important that it works properly though.

Well, according to the newly posted product life cycle paper at the
Informix Web site, I-SQL is a category 2 product (full maintenance)
which effectively mean there will be no new features implemented.
This is more than natural for such an aged tool, so I don't think
you should expect anything.
