Hi Gurus, I have a query, what will happen if I add another chunk (cooked file) and the offset is not zero. Regards. Jojo

Can I create 2 2GB chunks on 1 4GB raw disk ? Art S. Not using Informix offsets you can't. You will have to partition the drive at the OS level or using a Volume Manager to create two 2GB logical devices. You can then use these as your chunks. Art S.
