Recovery mode stucked

Hi All Informix experts. I am just starting to work with Informix. Our Informix was undergoing a reboot and I am trying to bring it up. I am running into the errors below, where the server is stuck in Recovery mode. Can someone please let me know what I would need to do to overcome the errors below. John: Is this still an issue? If so, how did you start the instance (oninit command line)?
