Ah! Such is fame.
Sam Leffler worked on things like BSD 4.3 and in computer graphics
for the film industry; I've never met him, more's the pity.
However, I believe that the correct first name for the author of
these program is Jonathan.
Of course, I could be mistaken, but I vaguely recall writing them:-)
