onbar problems

I can't seem to get ONBAR to perform correctly. Each time I run it whether it be from the command prompt or through ISA (web based gui replacing IECC) I repeatedly get the following error: ERROR: Unable to open file d:\\informix/etc/sm_versions No such file or directory The thing is that the sm_versions.std file is exactly where this points! I've checked and rechecked permissions, etc and I continually get this. Any ideas?
When you say 'sm_versions.std file is where this points', WHAT points to it? Did you link to the file? OnBar is looking for a file named sm_versions with NO EXTENSION.
