Slow informix connection from HP-UX 10.20 to IDS 7.30UC2 on UW7.0.1

Hi all, We have IDS 7.30UC2 installed on UW7.0.1 as database server suddenly refuses the remote users from other HP-UX 10.20 server. After restarted both servers, the users could be able to connect to Informix databases quickly for a while and cannot connect after that. We changed the informix port in /etc/services from 12500 to 13500 and reboot again. The connection between the HP-UX's remote users and Informix server is normal in the beginning but slow after that. We have 2 other servers which has similarly configuration as 2 servers above: one is also IDS 7.30UC2 on UW7.0.1 supports the remote connection from another HP-UX 10.20's users (over port 12501) without problem. I also tried to run dbaccess from this HP-UX server to connect with the Informix Server above but not successful. Does someone see this problem before? Thanks in advance for any help.

I don't think your problem is with the nework, it's probably with your NETTYPE field(in the onconfig)......set it to handle more users. And to my knowledge(limited to Informix and Unix). The port isn't of any consiquence.
