Not sure why you'd want to do this...onpload isn't really designed
to be run in parallel, as they'd be competing with each other for
system resources.
You can achieve better performance by spreading out your device
arrays and tuning the HPL config file, but I wouldn't recommend to
anyone that they run multiple onpload jobs at once.
Side note - you don't actually HAVE to run the level 0...you can
fake a level 0 with "onbar -b -F" (or "onbar -B -f", I forget).
