I'd suggest moving the validity checking into the 4GL source code, or
even better put the list of valid codes into a table and validate in
the source against that table. I find this a much more flexible option
than using the INCLUDE clauses, moving the valid list into a table and
either checking it on the fly or loading the table into the application
at startup for checking means that neither the code nor the form need
to be changed if the list changes.
