The program was copiled in I4GL 6.20 version. Now when I am trying to recompile it in I4GL 7.20 version then I am getting below error. Pls let me know what is the actual problem. I had tried to compile it from i4gl menu. My source code programe total line is 1673. But the below error is showing more line. |esqlc: "test.ec", line 2476: Warning -33065: Cursor/statement id 'I00014CB0_08F 67262' is too long when prefixed by module name. |esqlc: "test.ec", line 2533: Warning -33065: Cursor/statement id 'I00014CB0_08F 67262' is too long when prefixed by module name. |esqlc: "test.ec", line 2543: Warning -33065: Cursor/statement id 'I00014CB0_08F 67262' is too long when prefixed by module name. |esqlc: "test.ec", line 2626: Warning -33065: Cursor/statement id 'I00014CB0_08F 67262' is too long when prefixed by module name. |esqlc: "test.ec", line 2655: Error -33066: Cursor/statement ids 'I00014CB0_08F6 7D62' and 'I00014CB0_08F67262' are not unique in first 128 characters when p |refixed by module name. Our Informix 4GL version is 7.20.UE1. Informix Dynamic Server version is 7.30.UC8 and all are running HP-UX 10.20 platform. Regards. It will make cursor-definitions global to Your whole program. Another possibility which maybe help is to change the names of the involved cursors and dynamic SQL-statements. This a solution which worked fine for me. That Your errors occur in lines You don't find in Your sources is, because of a 4GL-Source-Code is compiled in different phases, where one of it changes the orginal source to an embedded SQL-C-code. wolfgang
