Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.

A while back there were several requests for info on how to read some of
the onstat output, especially with respect to disk sizing and use. The
normal output from onstat -d gives what we need, but it is a trifle
convoluted in some respects. To help resolve this, I created a utility
called dm (for disk monitor) to print reports that can be used for disk
mapping and sizing. This is written in ESQL/C and is available for
download in the database administration section of the archive.
Many thanks to Jonathan Leffler and Lester Knutsen for their comments,
suggestions and review of the code and functionality. Any problems please
refer to coburn@scn.org.
Enjoy,
David
