One of the first things that was ever drilled into me in sales dude 101 class was don't call the customer stupid. LSL's comment (about how he can't believe anybody would buy Informix) is little better than telling the world that you're stoopid if they still buy Informix. Most folks in upper management would look at the books and realize that this is a company that still has a long way to go -- strong products, movement to different management, and an overall image of pretty good financial health.
