GLS Problems

I get an error message when I try to conect to my db form IECC Console: Unable to locate the locale or conversion file "en_us.1252" I haven't found muck help on the topic and i have tried to change my regional settings but nothing have helped so far. Anyone know what i shall do? /Daniel Isvén
