I gather you'll pay the employee who refers the consultant - that's the only thing that makes sense there - but are you going to pay them 10% of whatever the new consultant makes over some period of time? 1 year? Their lifetime as an employee? If so that means your overhead is coming out of a mere 10% of whatever your consultants are bringing in. For that matter even 20% is pretty small - what exactly are you providing to your customers and your consultants for that kind of cut? cheers j.
