the sql command set table n memory_resident, does that
make the indexes resident aswell? or just the data pages?

You have to mark table data pages and index pages resident separately
if that is what you want.

Thanks, working apps to do that now, but a quick question,
aside from onstat -P how do I determine if table/index
has been set resident? I checked sysmaster and no sign
there
