I want use them in p-code (4gi) programs.

Yes.
Write the libraries, compile them to '.4go' and place the '4g0' files
in a directory pointed to by (for example) $LIB.
When you make your program include the necessary bits of '.4go' e.g.:
cat myprog.4go $LIB/func1.4go $LIB/func2.4go > myprog.4gi
But these are not dynamic libraries.
