Re: error -27001

I've had a similar situation once, with exactly same simptoms. Check if some "ping-like" script tries to connect to Informix at regular intervals. A client did that once to "make sure Informix is alive" :o) The script tried to connect to Informix every 30 secs, without username and/or password.
