Just for everybodies information: This is of course one of the essential
requirements of a good CD-ROM based manual: that the reader has a way of
making your own notes, even with hyperlinks to and from several places in
the manual. Actually better than making notes by hand (except it may take
you somewhat longer to write the notes until you get a pen to write on your
screen that is imbedded in your table).
