Re: D4gl HELP!!! Setting text colors with d4gl WTK client interface

Is there some reason you are not using the newer WTK? One of the nice features of the latest WTK is that you no longer need to be dependent on the locals.tcl file. Your colors can now be defined under Windows like your other MS Windows. However, as I recall we did have a little bit of a problem with the text in a field being grayed, but Informix Tech Support helped us out. Here is a copy of our locals.tcl. Unfortunately, I don't recall what we needed to change. *FglLine.background: #551a8b *FglLine.relief: sunken *FglLine.borderWidth: 3 *FglLine.height: 7 *FglError.background: #76ee00 *FglError.relief: sunken *FglMessage.background: #ffffff *FglButtonKey.background: #ffffff *FglButtonKey.activeBackground: #bbffff *FglKeyFrame.background: #551a8b *FglKeyFrame.relief: raised *defaultBg: #bcd2ee *FglScrollbar.foreground: #68228b *FglScrollbar.background: #d9d9d9 *FglScrollbar.activeForeground: #9b30ff *FglButtonMenu.foreground: #000000 *FglButtonMenu.background: #d4d4d4 *FglButtonMenu.activeBackground: #00e5ee *bgcolorWhite: #d4d4d4 *FglFrame.background: #d4d4d4 *FglListbox.background: #ffffff *FglListbox.activeBackground: #ffffff *FglListbox.highlightBackground: #d4d4d4 *FglListbox.highlightForeground: #000000 *FglEntry.highlightBackground: #ffffff *FglEntry.borderWidth: 1 *FglEntry.background: #ffffff *entryActiveBg: #ffffe0 *FglEntry.relief: raised *FglMenuFrame.background: #551a8b *FglPromptFrame.background: #ffffff *FglMenuFrame.relief: flat *FglMenuNameH.background: #ffffff *FglCanvas.background: #bcd2ee *FglBMPKey.background: #2e8b57 *FglBMPKey.activeBackground: #8fbc8f *FglLabel.borderWidth: 4 *FglMenuNameH.relief: groove *FglRadioButton.background: #d4d4d4 *FglCanvas.relief: flat *FglCheckButton.background: #d4d4d4 *FglFrame.relief: groove *font: Lucida Console-Normal-13 *report_pixel_hardcopy: 1 *report_papersize: a4 *report_orientation: portrait *report_fontpoints: 13 *report_cpi: 10 *report_use_hardcopy_rects: 1 *report_color: mono *report_use_default_font: 1 *font: Lucida Console-Normal-13 *report_pixel_hardcopy: 1 *report_papersize: a4 *report_orientation: portrait *report_fontpoints: 13 *report_cpi: 10 *report_use_hardcopy_rects: 1 *report_color: mono *report_use_default_font: 1 Candy -- Candy McCall ONLINE Computing, Inc.
