Try running this SQL against the sysmaster table:
select a.name as dbspace,
sum(b.chksize) as total_pages,
sum(b.nfree) as free_pages,
TRUNC(sum(b.nfree)/sum(b.chksize) * 100,0) as percent_f
from sysdbspaces a,
syschunks b
where a.dbsnum = b.dbsnum
group by a.name
order by 4
