Creat dbspace error

I can't fix this error whe I try to create a dbspace from the command line: onspaces -c -d system_dbspace -p /usr/opt/informix/d/system_chunk -o 120000 -s 200000 When I press Enter... Segmentation fault (core dumped) I wonder if one of you can help me... Thank you in advance
