Try this (if you changed the install path substitute it for C:\\INFORMIX): C:\\INFORMIX\\BIN\\REGSVR32.EXE C:\\INFORMIX\\BIN\\ICLIT09B.DLL If that doesn't work, try the brute force method of copying ICLIT09B.DLL to the C:\\WINNT\\SYSTEM32 directory.
